Rosso Rubino Roma (Pizza e Cucina)

I visited Rosso Rubino for lunch. We ordered several dishes for two, and they were all delicious. Their Rosso Rubino pasta is definitely worth a try! The restaurant is very easy to get to from the biomedical campus. The place is spotless and quiet, the service is fast, and the owner is truly kind. I would definitely go back.

We were on vacation in Rome for three days, and choosing to eat at this restaurant just steps from the Eternal City was a perfect choice. Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes longer, but it's totally worth it. The food is excellent, especially the pasta dishes. The portions are generous and generous. The prices are truly reasonable, and to top it all off, the staff is incredibly helpful and incredibly kind, especially Danilo. If we return to Rome in the future, we'll definitely eat here again. Highly recommended.

I went to this pizzeria on the advice of friends and I must say it was a fantastic discovery! The environment is welcoming, with attention to detail and a warm and familiar atmosphere. The staff was kind, smiling and very helpful. The pizza? Simply exceptional! Light and digestible dough, with perfect leavening. The ingredients are very fresh and you can feel all the quality in the raw materials. Compliments to the chef

My friends and I had dinner at this place. We had pizza, pasta, various fried appetizers, and bruschetta. We loved everything; it was truly delicious. Danilo served us with a kindness we've rarely seen. We had a great time. The bill was fair. We'll definitely be back.

Discovered this morning by chance. Very well-kept and welcoming place. The staff were attentive, kind, and smiling. We had a wonderful meal, using fresh, quality ingredients. The owners are very attentive and hospitable. Tonight we tried their excellent meat, and we'll be trying their pizza soon. Thank you so much, see you soon.

New opening in Trigoria, a very nice and welcoming family-run pizzeria where I've already dined a couple of times with my family. We had a very good and digestible thin-crust pizza, an excellent pasta with meat sauce, all accompanied by the extremely kind and attentive service of the owner. We'll definitely be back!

I was pleasantly surprised when I visited this restaurant. I was greeted by a pleasant and professional girl. The atmosphere was welcoming and well-kept. The vegetables were perfect. The bruschetta, flowers, anchovies, and mozzarella were amazing! I'll be back!

I went to dinner at this restaurant under new management and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious fried foods and pizza! Danilo is a truly pleasant and kind person. I think I'll go back tonight! I recommend it to everyone. Top prices!

I ordered delivery, and the person who answered was incredibly kind, helpful, and of a kindness that's rare nowadays. He recommended what to try (all delicious and high-quality) and never insisted on "selling" me more dishes than I "needed." Delivery was on time! In one word... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I went there the first time almost by chance, then returned two more nights in a row: the place is quiet, the food is good, and the staff is kind and helpful. It's a place I can only recommend: I haven't found a single negative.

This will be my go-to pizzeria... For my first visit, I insisted on a thin-crust pizza, only to notice that they served it that way at other tables too. Delicious, I'd even say special, as was the draft beer. Top!

We chose Rosso Rubino for my sports club's end-of-year dinner. Some of us had pizza, some pasta, and for starters, delicious fried food! I'd never tried the mozzarella in carrozza with anchovies, and I was hooked! Danilo, the owner, was super friendly and kind! What can I say... we'll definitely be back, maybe this time to try the aperitivo.
